The Animal this month (November) is KOALA! Your Koala box will be dispatched within 7 days of payment.

Cut off date for receiving the box for the animal that month is 25th of each month.
If you order after this date you will receive the new animal released for the following month that will be dispatched on 1st of the next month (so less than 1 week later).
* for example
If you place an order for a box on the 7th of the month, your first box will be dispatched up to 7 working days after this, then your future boxes will arrive roughly the same time each month after your payment clears.
If you order on the 26th of the month, you'll receive you box roughly around 1st of the next month and the same time each month going forward.
If you would like to change your subscription payment date, pause, skip or cancel, then just log in using the link from when you subscribed.
